Pictures not loading

Trying to figure out why pis are not loading. Now when I try to load a pic to a thread.....I go through the manage attachments routine....browse-upload etc......It indicates the pic is loading but the pic does not appear in my file to add to a thread.......I signed out/in to eliminate cookies.......Nothing worked

Did anything change on the forums, was it working before?
Have you tried other browsers?
Do you have a url and demo login so we can see?

Its not me, I'm trying to help a member of my forum, the pics are loading for me

Ah, so it sounds like a user issue.
Have you confirmed and tested that users permissions, are they allowed to add attachments?
Next I would ask them what I asked you, was it working before, when did it change and try other browsers. Maybe an ad-blocker plugin is preventing it.

Something is happening on his end, he allowed me to log on with his logon and the pics loaded
fine on my end while I was using his logon
