Database Error

Getting random but often Database Error messages on our site over the past few weeks. Sometimes they occur when you attempt to access the site or a thread.

Any suggestions on how to resolve these? We've ran a Database Repair through our dedicated server previously and has helped but doesn't appear to have helped this time.
