Instant Messaging - User Options

In User Options there is a "Instant Messaging Options" section. Where can I change these?

What exactly are you wanting to add, edit or remove?

I want to edit the field in the User Options - As in deleting ICQ and the old stuff and putting in some things like Whatsapp. I guess I could delete that entire option field in a template and just put in Profile fields for them. Then again, I haven't looked yet but I bet there are FAQs about them.

For what ever reason I thought there was a place in the adminCP to change them.
