When google indexes my page it picks up the ?styleid= so it indexes various pages with different styles instead of the default style. How do I block it from add the ?styleid= on each url???

So frustrating!

About the only easy way to do it is by using a product like DragonByte SEO (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=308615&highlight=dbseo).

DBSEO will tag the pages using a canonical url (the base url without the style), this will then be the url search engines will use. This eliminates multiple search engine entries for the same page which in turn will increase the page ranking of the base url.

I don't think you need to worry about it. VB4 automatically puts the canonical URL in the header of the page. The canonical URL tells Google to always use the thread URL when viewing the page, not he post URL.

Block it by using robots.txt
