Automatically parse links in text

When editing a post, to see the option "Automatically parse links in text" we must go in Advanced mode editing to see it.
Is there a way to see this option and in the simple editing option ?

It works in quick reply also by default. Are you looking to untick it in quick reply?

To show this option in editing not in reply. (not in advanced mode)
