How to disable registration for members with a VPN???

Hi there,

Does anybody know if there is a way to make sure that members with a VPN can't register on my forum, except with there own IP??

There are some people on my forum who are screwing it up for the rest of my members.
But when i ban them, they use the VPN to register again.

so blocking ip etc. is not an option.

Can anyone help me??

Dont think you cant real ban people, no whether if forum, cms, chat etc.
There are always possibilites to come back.

It would be better to make them leave your forum by i. e. using the famous "Miserable User" Addon or an Addon who hides all their posts to users (incl. guests) but themselves and admins.
