Forced Refresh

i have a problem on my forum... when ever i get anywhere on my forum i notice that its not showing the most current things .. it forces me to refresh before i can see it

i go to introduction and when i get there i see nothing new ... but when i click refresh, the things that should have show from the beginning finally show up
