As it stands right now I can go to the control panel and change the forum access for a member so that a particular forum is not shown on the main page to that member. What I would like to do is use the same routine only allowing members to use this access mask function. That way they can pick and chose which forums that they would like be listed. Any forums that are private would not be listed on the page.
What would be cool is to have a button input next to each forum that is listed on the forumhome page and by clicking on these buttons it would allow them to turn a forum on or off. They should also be able to go to another page that will allow them to pick and chose.
I have the general idea on how to do this by setting the access masks but I am not sure how to write up the templates, etc. that would do the above.
Any ideas?
