The issue: a few days ago (and never before that), my forum started requiring a refresh in order for new threads, new posts to show up.
I also experienced this: "Your submission could not be processed because the token has expired. Please push the back button and reload the previous window."
The problem is solved. The Host server's built in caching system..typically Varnish or Cloudflare caused the problem. Log in to the host server and find the switch to turn the cache system off...I called and got a tech to walk me through it.
