Okay, I have experienced such issues on certain pages when an error message is displayed, that's why I asked.

well i use filezilla to find it then i open it by clicking view/edit and it shows up in a notepad then edit like that then save it...

You can't use Notepad to edit text files on your server (it inserts unseen formatting characters)...you need to use an editor like Notepad++. :)

I think there is an odd html tags in your page which causes this error
It can caused by a plugin that you install on your forum.
