Email notifications

I have email notifs set to https://puu.sh/tZCHg/8f229d5735.png
but i am still getting ++++ton of emails about every new action done on forums.
Whats the issue here?

There's a separate notification setting for Administrators. Go to AdminCP > Channel Management > Moderator Permissions. Edit the permissions for your account then disable the 2 email notification settings at the very bottom.
