Update Vbulletin and PHP and I bet you will be good to go.
On my main site I have 4.2.3 with the latest beta and PHP 6.4.

Obviously you will have the correct redirects in your htacces. Which makes the old sitemap redundant.

Yes and it is this one
RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{HTTPS} off
RewriteRule (.*) https://%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI} [R,L] Hope it is ok
Do I delete or not the website? http or it does not matter yet?

Delete the old sitemap. You can keep both webmaster tools accounts. That doesn't matter.

I do not have two accounts, I thing we talked about this in some else thread.
Ok, I will delete the sitemap, What about the website that starts with http
Do you mean this an account?
Thank you Richie, and sorry, but I am confused because I do not understand well
what is what.. :)

That's ok. I cannot remember the other topics we may or may have discussed and I have possibly not even read all of them but basically you want to have a google webmaster tools account for both https and http..
Delete your old sitemaps and regenerate and resubmit to the new webmaster tools account.
Make sure you have the redirect set up in htaccess to redirect all traffic to your https: domain.

I had and have one account that started in my forum before 6 years with http website
before some days I turn to https and in the same account I inserted the https website
*After 3-4 days google read all my forums so now I can delete as you say sitemap of http
* I have redirect set up in htaccess as in 11#post. Problem is that I still di not understand that second account and resubmit. I have now this,
so I must delete some day the hhtp ? This is what I see in webmasters

I will do first the sitemap and I will see :) Thank you
