make an acct...add website....change dns at registrar(site will remain up while it changes)

thats really all you 'need' to do...should be a simple operation to get that far, then you can look and experiment over other settings depending what you want to use cloudflare for..

Do a search here to find what you need. You will need to add various rules etc especially if you use RocketLoader.

Install Cloudflare normally and use it, I am also using Cloudflare for my forum and it helps the forum improving speed pretty good.

The problem can happen as RichieBoy67 mentioned below, if you enable RocketLoader on Cloudflare.

Thank you all of you for your help.
I made a search and find some of people talking about problems with Emails, Admincp login, real IP addresses for members, and using third party plugins like google add-words and google analytics .. etc.
BTW what is the RocketLoader ?

Thank you IggyP.

Now I enabled CloudFlare in my site, but I get to problems, the first I keep logout from Cpanel after login process, and the second my emails broken (I use Outlook to manage my emails), the software can't connect to the server.
Any suggestion?
Thanks in advance.

Just keep rocketloader disabled.
Regarding your emails being broken, either you did not correctly migrate your DNS records for your email server or you enabled Cloudflare's protection on those DNS records (which should be disabled).

Thank you Dave
I disabled the protection for mail DNS and my emails work now, but I still have an issue with cpanel login and ftp access !!
Any suggestion?

Create separate DNS records that point to the same IP with Cloudflare protection disabled and then use them for FTP and CPanel.
For example, cpanel.domain.com and ftp.domain.com.

Do you mean I have to add new sub-domain from cpanel first?

No, create new DNS records in Cloudflare that point to the IP of your server and untick Cloudflare protection. That should work.
