Notify for new threads in one section

Hi guys do you know if is there a way to recieve a notification in the panel related to the notifications, to be notified for new threads posted only in one forum?

You are referring to the Notifications drop down to show replies count from specific thread and/or thread count for that forum as well?

Hi Blind I have setted the users accounts with instant email notification (for each reply of a thread that they have partecipate). Now I need to exclude one frum section for this notifications. Is there a way?

You would think this would just be a default vb setting to edit. I looked and did not see it. Sorry, I wish I could have helped.

Many thanks Blind the same, the fact is that I search all over to do this but I found nothing.
This could be really helpful for the moderators to keep track of all new threads in a particular section without get an email each time.
