Am Installing vbforum_4_4-2-3_Patch_Level_2 on My Website

I Did Check , My Java Script is On , Or Off ,
i Did Upload The Files , 3 Times Using , FileZila
Butt The Same Error Appears
i Did Install , 3 Browsers , ( All The Same Error , ) Even Javascript is On ,

Please Guide me How i Install The Process ,
Getting This Error , Making Me Angray , Be cues every thing seems good ,
Why This Error Appears .

The path you are supposed to use is /install/install.php
