Automate Promote To Article

I'm building a site based around the Battle Rap scene and I want to make sure that when the important leagues post new videos they go up on the front page as quickly as possible. In order to do this, because I cannot feed RSS into the CMS, my idea was to feed the RSS feeds into a forum promote to article from there. I can't figure out how to make a specific board have all of it's threads go to the CMS automatically if that's even a thing but I thought maybe I was missing something. I can't be the first person to think of this. Anyone got a suggestion?
