Need Help about hack [vbulletin] and setting...

All of you know that there is automatic hacks for vbulletin. For Example:
install_vbstars.php .
I tested vbulletin 2.2.0 under windows 2000 prof and at installation files are not rewritten! What I do(make) incorrectly?
Please help ME!

I don't quite understand your question. If you need to modify files, you need to do it manually. vbstats_install.php only creates the used tables.
