Attachment Permissions Problems

Hello

Having issues with attachment permissions, specifically users uploading photos from their mobile devices and getting an error stating the image is too large or exceeds quota. FWIW I have gone into the AdminCP under attachment type manager / permissions and increased max file size and image size and while it works for me (admin) users are still having issues.

Ideas?

Nevermind. I found it in usergroup permissions. lol
