Does this exist with VBulletin(voice to text fuctions)

I am getting some ideas from my users about a mobile VB Mobile theme and someone brought that this would be nice to have, voice to text functions. Does that even exist for VB? That would be a really good idea especially for a mobile solution.

Most major phone operating systems have this function built into the phone as far as I know. It translates voice directly to text into the input.
