I'm having issues with PayPal. So when a user goes to sign up for a paid subscription and they pay through PayPal it isn't automatically updating the users rank and setting up a subscription for the length they paid for under their account. We are forced to go in manually and set up the user once we receive the email from paypal alerting us that a user paid.
The more users we get the more of a pain it has become cause sometimes were not available and people want instant access. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem? Years ago things used to work smoothly. Their accounts would auto update but it hasn't been the case since a recent crash of the site a few years ago.
