So "Bumping" doesn't seem to exist on my vbulletin. If people reply on an older post, the post doesn't get moved to the the top of latest activity. The latest activity just stays stagnant.

Is there a way to change the setting so my members can bump forums.

In the Filter bar, set New Topics to Off. That should display latest replies/comments in the activity stream. I remember there used to be a module setting for this in Sitebuilder to set the New Topics filter to Off but it seems to be gone now.

Well it does show new replies rather than JUST topics. The issue I am having, is it isn't moving the reply to the top of the list. So if some1 replies back to a topic a few days old, they will never see it in latest activity. AND it doesn't bump old topics inside the channel back to the top either.

The time stamps don't make any sense at all. Topics/Replies don't go to the top.

What happens if you click admincp > Maintenance > Clear System Cache and then go and look at the latest activity (after clearing browser cache)?

This post order issue in activity stream/search results is an old known issue. I recall there's an old thread in vb.com and a JIRA in the tracker about this.

Nothing changes still the same. Isn't Bumping like.. .you know, a pretty normal thing in forums?
