Mediawiki bridge ?

I have googled for a mediawiki bridge for a while only to find deprecated code everywhere.

Here on vb.org we have vbsso which only runs on deprecated php 5.3 and there's also a vaultwiki mod but it's not a bridge, more like an integrated wiki which isn't what I'm looking for.

Good people of vb dot org, do you know of a working mediawiki bridge ? :o

everything I have seen is rather outdated, except for vaultwiki which you don't want.
