ok...i will probably loose you but still...
this is like the poll feature in that you give the title and then the options, but when you post it it gives you a radio boxes valued from 1 to 5 you slect your rating submit it then you are taken to the results ie the averages.
something not too hard to do...for someone that knows what their doing;)
