Hey there!

Is it possible to remove the message that'll pop up when you try and change a specific user's settings if they don't have a birthday registered? We recently imported an external database into the vBulletin one we're running, and trying to change users on the regular is a bit of a pain as each time it requires a Birthday be set, and the database we imported didn't come with that information.

Thanks in advance!

ACP->Settings->Options->User Profile Options
Change Require Date of Birth to No

I thought it might have been that, but I'd already changed it and it doesn't seem to be the cause. Thanks, though!

hmm, well removing the prompt would require a plugin or file edits. I'm not sure if a plugin could actually do it though

Oh, that's odd! I'm surprised it wouldn't just be an on/off switch. I looked pretty thoroughly through the ACP > Options and couldn't find anything. Hmm.

Its not possible to disable it without actual file edits.

Any idea of how intensive said edits would be?

I dont really know what you mean by "intensive".

The field verification is done by the data manager, so you would need to edit that.
