Weird problem, need help bad.. forum only works for me

Hey guys, this is weird, and I need help quickly. I can go on my forum without a problem, but I'm listed as the only one online (there's usually at least 30 people on at all times), and I'm getting emails from my moderators saying the board is not working for them.

How can I be the only one able to get on? What could possibly be wrong? :(

It seems everyone, except me for some reason, is receiving a pop up when they try to access the forum that says "Authentication Required - 'name of forum' requires a username and password. Your connection to this site is not private."

It sounds like you have an .htaccess password function turned on.

Your host should be able to help you with this.

It's not part of the vBuleltin software.

Tuns out they had restricted access, even though they told me they hadn't. Only found this out after going through 3 different 'techs.'
