Hi Everybody,

My site is running vB 4.2.3, and I have the Facebook platform enabled.
It seems to work fairly well, however I have one particular issue that I was wondering if there is input on.

When users click "Share" for posts, the Facebook window will pop up to share it, however sometimes there is no content in the share window. I added images below to show how I would get two different results from pressing this button.

So far I am pretty sure that this is not random. Pressing the Facebook share button will create a popup window that includes the thread content, and for other threads, the popup window is blank, although it WILL link back to the post if posted on Facebook.

I've checked posts using different usergroups, posts with attachments, and other things, and I cannot find a reason why some posts will share information in the Facebook share window and others will not. Is this just how this application is?

I would really appreciate any help on this.

Thank you so much for posting that - I will begin reading it now.
I am not a coder however, so I might not fully grasp the information there. I was not sure if the VBulletin Facebook platform is supposed to handle everything, or if other steps need to be taken.
