How can i add replies to moderation list when moderate forum is set to no

Hello,

I want to know if it's possible to place replies in the moderation list when forum/user group settings are set to no on moderation in the settings. I run a forum and i want the visitors/members to be able to place replies that don't need moderation. But i want our moderators to be able to check the replies after they have been placed using the moderation panel.

I hope you get an idea about what i want....
