Question about uplink speed

Hello I am thinking about putting my forum on a VPS I was wondering if a uplink of 100 Mbps will be good enough to host the site. Also will 20gb SSD be good enough for disk space

It depends on the amount of concurrent visitors you will get.
A 100Mbps uplink is usually more than enough. 20GB storage is also enough, but don't forget the operating system itself also consumes a big chunk of that.

The uplink speed is fine. The space depends on the size of your site. How large is your database? How large is your file system? Find that out and you should be able to determine if 20gb is enough.
