Social connect for the latest vB 4 version?

I want to use social connect like in vB5 for my vB4 version.

If I update to the latest version of vB4xx, do I have social connect function ( a member can register their account via social networks like Facebook, Google+, Twitter..) for my forum?

No, vBulletin 4 does not have such feature. It has Facebook Connect but I've seen threads where people complain about it not working properly.
