Hello friends. Several users say me they can not publish that do not appear the editor box for messages. They have tried mozilla firefox and IE without success. I attach a photo.

Please help with this big problem.

First, let's try disabling the plugins and see if this resolves the reported issue.

Follow:

AdminCP -> Settings -> Options -> Plugin/Hook System

And set "Enable Plugin/Hook System" to "No" then click "Save".

Try posting a reply and see if the editor now shows up. If the editor is present, then re-enable plugins and try disabling your add-ons one at a time until you find the add-on causing the problem. Let us know the add-on causing the conflict, and we can go from there.

If the editor is still not present after disabling the plugins, then let us know and we can go from there by checking your templates.

Hi, Thank you. I disabled all plugins globally. The editor does not appear :(

Okay, that just means an add-on is not causing the issue. Try using your default vBulletin style and see if the issue persists. Please let us know the outcome. :)

Thank you. The problem persists.

I see happening only with Mozilla browsers type:

Firefox, Comerbirt, SeaMonkie, Palemoon, and IE.

Go into your Style Manager and look to see if any of the "Editor Templates" have been altered (their names will appear in red).

If they haven't been altered, then if you wish, create a temporary admin account for me (send the login credentials (username/password) via PM to me along with a link to your site), and I will be glad to investigate the issue using Firefox and Chrome.

Thank you sir, you're very kind. The problem occurs with a translation of a plugin. Interfered. Already detected.
Thank you
