very confused

i'm trying to access information and i'm running into walls. what do i need to do? i've entered my license info and i still can't access certain pages (screenshots of the vbpad hack is an example). what do i need to do? am i just dumb? i'm new to the whole hack thing. :)

Some of the link on the posts here still lead to locations on vBulletin.com, that are closed to the public.
That's why you are getting the no permission error messages.

There's not much we can do about it, just hope all users fix the links in their hacks. :(
