I'm having a problem on my forum where, when you hit reload on any browser. The CSS file seems like it's not loading. It's happening to all users and it's making them forum look amateurish. I can't lose member cause the forum isn't loading properly. We just relaunched after a long hiatus. Lot of eyes on the relaunch.

see the image below. and to replicate the problem just go to the forum. Sit on a page and hit reload on your browser.

When using Firebug, I see a bunch of 500 Internal Server Errors on your site:

"NetworkError: 500 Internal Server Error - http://www.vdubaddiction.com/forums/css.php?styleid=49&td=ltr&sheet=css_b_post.css,css_b_post_control.css,css_b_ post_attachments.css,css_b_post_notice.css,css_b_c omments.css,css_b_comment.css,css_b_comment_entry. css,css_b_userinfo.css,css_b_meter.css,css_b_inlin emod.css,css_b_bbcode_user.css,css_b_comp_menu_hor izontal.css,css_b_comp_menu_dropdown.css&ts=1463941504"
"NetworkError: 500 Internal Server Error - http://www.vdubaddiction.com/forums/css.php?styleid=49&td=ltr&sheet=css_additional.css&ts=1463941504"
"NetworkError: 500 Internal Server Error - http://www.vdubaddiction.com/forums/core/image.php?userid=8167&thumb=1&dateline=1377742943"

You should check your error_logs (if you don't know where they are, ask your host) and see what is in there.

These errors:

[Sun May 22 12:51:37.052726 2016] [:error] [pid 274317:tid 140012216960768] (12)Cannot allocate memory: [client xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:49883] couldn't create child process: /opt/suphp/sbin/suphp for /home/vdubad5/public_html/forums/core/css.php, referer: http://www.vdubaddiction.com/forums/splashpage\

Are something you need to show to your host. They could be the cause of your issue.

Thank you Lynne, I've talked to them and they seemed to be at a loss as to why it's happening They said "We'll look into it" So I said, well you look, I'm switching hosts. It's not the first issue I've had to deal with their servers. I can't have anymore downtime like this or time with the site glitching. It costs us users. Again, thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

Just wanted to follow up and mention the transfer to a new host was exactly what we needed. Site loads as intended. Thanks again
