Does anyone know how to share threads to Facebook now since Facebook changed their code? Looking to put at the beginning of the post.

On my web hosting forum (http://forumweb.hosting), I added Facebook like/share button codes directly to forum sidebar and its working fine.

You can use this way without using a plugin.
