I want to know where i add the code ?
Ads code

Before i add the code in Forumhome and Forumdisplay template at the end before </body> but still popup ads not showing in my site why ?
where is the best way to add popup ads code ? help please

likely header or headerincludes template is what you're after

many sites offer popup under ads like popads , adsterra etc
these have good offers now its mean i can add code in header or headerinclude but where add in starting or the end ?

In header template dont have <head> or </body> tags

Place it at the bottom of the headinclude template.
