removing an uninstalled mods admincp menu option?

I used to have EZIrc installed, but I removed it, and it's left behind some breadcrumbs. I have an item in my admincp menu like so:

*[ezircvb4_options]*

and it has the following sub menu items

*[ezircvb4_news_test]*
*[ezircvb4_channel_manager]*
*[ezircvb4_network_manager]*

How can I get rid of these?

On your server, go to your "includes/xml" folder and look for an .XML file whose name begins with "cpnav_" and the rest of the name matches the recently deleted product.

I recommend downloading the file to your hard drive first, and only then delete it on your server, that way if you got the wrong file, you can easily restore it. :)
