Mark forum as read and other tools

Hi, on my forum the thread tools from what's new and even the thread tools from within thread have gone missing. I remember these are being options such as mark forum as read and other quick shortlinks to private messages etc.

Used to be located in the red box.

Any idea how I can bring the toolbar back please?

have you installed any new addons, or changed something?
