hey

i was upgrading vb 3.8.7 to 4.2.3

i got error


Startup Errors
Due to the following errors, the install/upgrade can not continue:
The 'clientscript/vbulletin_css' directory and/or its sub directories is/are not writable. Please make sure that this directory and its sub directories are writable by your web server.

i already changed permissions clientscript/vbulletin_css to 0777 (All files and folders via filezilla )

but still same error i think i was using css to store in files can i change this option from database

So you chmodded that folder to 0777 recursively? Correct?
