Password reset request Mails are getting triggered automatically

Hello,

Few of our members are receiving mails for password reset requests, like 31 of these mails in a span of few minutes. This is happening only randomly for few users.
The mail has below details:

Subject: Your login details for Indusladies Forums

Message:
Hello,

You had requested for your username OR to reset your password on IndusLadies forums.

Your username is: <user name here>

If you want to reset your password, please visit the following page:
http://www.indusladies.com/forums/login.php?a=pwd................................... ...................

These mails are definitely not user initiated and Not sure why this is happening and wanted to know how do I stop these mails being triggered automatically.
