How do I change the order of the boxes on the left of the Admin Control Panel?

I know I did it years ago. I'm using 4.2.3.

I searched for quite a while before asking but I couldn't locate anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to edit the "vb_forum->includes->xml->cpnav_vbulletin.xml" file.
Its sortorder or displayorder value.
