Quote Problem

For some odd reason anyone trying to quote in my forum when they press the button to quote I get the following error:

Parse error: parse error, expecting `T_STRING' or `T_VARIABLE' or `T_NUM_STRING' in /home/talkloud/public_html/hotspot/forums/newreply.php(36) : eval()'d code on line 2

Any ideas on this? there are no modifications in this area..
