Editing category description

The shorter of the two arrows in your screenshot can be changed in the "Forum Manager" in your AdminCP. If you select "Edit Forum" for a particular forum, and then click "Go" you will see a field on the form titled "Description" that you can then edit.

The longer of the two arrows points to a blank space...

Sorry, I should have been more specific, I am trying to edit the color in those areas

I was able to change it in the theme generator, but what I would really like to do is edit an existing theme
