Can't access my admincp

Hi,
I have changed the domain name because the domain name expired so I couldn't access my admincp to change it to the new one, I have managed to change it through phpmyadmin, but I still coudn't access my admincp, So I have uploaded Tools.php and did the following:
1. Reset cookie domain.
2. Reset cookie path
3. Reset admin access

But it didn't help, so I tried to change the user password from phpmyadmin by selecting MD5 next to the Password and entered a new password, But still no luck.

When I enter my login details it direct me to the following link http://www.horyea.info/login.php?do=login with the following Message
"Wrong username or password. You have used up your failed login quota! Please wait 15 minutes before trying again. Don't forget that the password is case sensitive. Forgotten your password? Click here!"

Do you have a htaccess file that needs changes done to it you also need to change the links on your footer to match the new url

What do you mean here - "change the user password from phpmyadmin by selecting MD5 next to the Password and entered a new password". You can't just change the password directly in a field in the database. You need to do a query which I just posted about here - https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showpost.php?p=2563702&postcount=7
