Two doubs with forum-blocks

Hello.
Until a few days I was use a blocks from vBadvanced.
Now, I disabled the blocks of vBAdvanced and I activate the forum blocks of vBulletin.

I search and in cpadmin but I not view how solved this two doubts/problems I have.

1.-I want the forum-bloks appears in all pages (index of forum and display threads, not in display posts but yes in other pages like, downloads, articules or other similar) but the most important for me is in display threads of subforums. I view that, the forum blocks only appears in index forum, its possible change this?

2.- I have a google adsense, and I have a block with 300x250, the default forum block It has less width. Its possible change widht (or the widht are automatic) or I need change the block of google adsense?

1. To achieve this with the default sidebar you need to use the Sidebar Anywhere (Formerly Sidebar for Activity Stream) by BOP5 (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=283307) product.

2. To change the width of the default forum sidebar edit the forum_sidebar_width stylevar.
