Avatars - Unable to upload

Hi All,

I submitted ticket #1471947, however due to no reply yet (It's been 1 day) and no reply to my vBulletin.com post, I'm posting here.

My forum users are unable to upload Avatars.

Users can successfully upload Profile Pictures and Signatures but they can't upload avatars, see below:

Troubleshooting included:
- Downgrading PHP from 5.5 to 5.4, still not fixed. I've re-upgraded to PHP 5.5.
- Rebooted Server, still not fixed.

Avatars are stored in my database and not in the /customavatar directory, but I've still chmoded it and other directories to 0777 as required.


Any ideas?

Open Admincp ==> Usergroup ==> Edit Group ==> See Picture Uploading Permission and then Select Yes (Can Upload Custom Avatars)

or
Open AdminCP ==> Avatars ==> Use Picture Storage Type

Already checked both...

Everything is working as it should except for Custom Avatars. Everything is enabled as it should be, just that it comes up with that error when you try to upload an Avatar.

Resolved -> Reinstalled my cPanel/WHM and this fixed it.
