If some one scroll down or up FB TW SKype Google+ YT Contact goes up and down like scroll

You would need to wrap the buttons in an HTML element, such as a div, and then using CSS, set its position as fixed, and the give it a top and a right attribute to position it. Then it will remain at the same position within the browser window, even when scrolling. :)

See, you're asking lots of questions. That's basically ok, but if you want to have your forum completely customized, you'll have to either learn at least some basic skills or pay someone. You can't expect members of this forum to do it all for you, for free, and immediately.

Regarding the issue at hand: There's tons of solutions for this out there. Just google something like "fixed social media sidebar"

select platform as website and go through with it, you can add code in template you want to display these buttons.
To display button on homepage only .. you need to add code in FORUMHOME template
