I have some problems and I view that no have support.

I search but I don't view similar mod.

You should find that the author of that product offers support for it on his own site, as specified in his signature.

Alternately, I have published a product that will welcome new users with a visitor message (with the author of the visitor message chosen at random from a list of potential authors you designate), and will also welcome back a user who has been absent for a period of days you specify:
