How get vb 4.2.0 or 4.2.2

Sorry, I have a version 4.2.0 with license, and I want to test in pc, but I need to get Vbulletin 4.2.0 to install or how to update to 4.2.2, but I don't know how.
Anyone can tell me where I can get it.
