Tachy (Global Ignore) threads don't appear in vsa (top 10 stats)

Hey,
we have some issues with the vsa (top 10 stats) in combination with the tachy function. there is an user we want to put on the tachy list. but before doing that we tried it with one of our test accounts. unfortunately the posts of our test account didn't show up in the top 10 stats. did someone have the same problem?

If it's globally ignored why would it be on a top 10 stats? That would seem to be the expected behavior.

it should not be visible for other users. neither for them, nor for me(admin). but the user himself has to see it in the top stats. otherwise he'll notice, that something is wrong. do you know what i mean?
