Issue for Mobile Android App.. ??

i use vbulletin v4.2.3,
3 days ago, i try create android app vbulletin and i get messege. "We are still preparing and compiling your app and we will send you an e-mail as soon as it is ready, or you can check back in a few minutes."

every day i try, and always get this notice, then i open ticket yesterday. until now vbull no respond my ticket....

please some one help me..

I can't posting on vbulletin forum.
i buy vbulletin in reseller in my country, and register with their email. i need 90 day for change email account.
