I have already emailed about this one to support@vbulletin.com but looks like they also have problems with email servers of internetbrands.com
I even didn't receive any email with ticket number back.

The problem is very simple:
1. When I tried to reset password to https://members.vbulletin.com the emails didn't come
2. When I tried to reset password to http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/ the emails didn't come
3. When I tried to reset password https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/ the was about 1-2 hours delay for emails to come.

Here is an example of how long emails were coming from https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/
Blue - when email was generated by the forum.
DarkRed - when email was received by Yahoo's email server.

internetbrands.com - are the first email servers I have problems with for the last 5+ years for receiving emails to Yahoo Mail.

Can some one from internetbrands.com come here and help as to solve this problem?

Here is 2 hours and 30+ minutes delay!!!

I already see where the problem is coming from (as I think) why they don't reply from support@vbulletin.com

I have tried to sent the same email from Gmail account and after some time I received an AUTOMATED reply from them like below.

You know this is stupid... Emails providers really prohibit such business.
Why?
Because when support@vbulletin.com received real spam from fake email address then sent back an email from them to the fake email address.

In other words:
support@vbulletin.com - received 100 000 spam emails.
support@vbulletin.com - sending back 100 000 emails with their 99% same looking text.

Blah!! Email Servers don't emails like this. They block them.
It is a technology of the past to sent such emails with confirmation link back.

Hello,

Thank you for your recent email to the Internet Brands. Due to the
increasing amount of spam we are receiving, we are now required to
verify all incoming messages. This allows us to spend less time
filtering through spam and more time providing support.

To confirm your email, please click the following link:
http://www.vbulletin.com/verify.php?t=<cut>&a=<cut>

Future emails from this address should not need to perform this
confirmation step. Alternatively, you may submit sales and support
tickets directly from our website at:

vBulletin Customers:
http://www.vbulletin.com/

Forum Runner Customers:
support@forumrunner.com (email only)

We apologize for any inconvenience,

Your Internet Brands Support Team

And one more thing.

The email says:
Alternatively, you may submit sales and support
tickets directly from our website at:

This is not true!!!

You can't submit support ticket directly from website. You can submit only sales tickets.

Go to http://www.vbulletin.com/en/contacts/ and check.

To submit support tickets you must now your login and password to log in.
But as you don't as Reset Password doesn't work then you can so.

Some one from 'vBulletin Solutions' or 'Internet Brands' do you really understand that your business is our of business which such approach???

Another most strange and obvious thing I can't understand.

'vBulletin Solutions' or 'Internet Brands' have the database of their Customers Emails addresses.

When the customer is sending email from an address from that customers' list then WHY the customer has to prove that his email address is real and not of the spammer man??!???!??!?

I not experienced such negative emotions for a long time.

Hello,

If you had sent an email from an address listed as belonging to a customer account you would not have been asked to prove you are human. Two of your emails (at least) came from non-recognized accounts.

I saw several tickets in the ticket system, I didn't check the times but the support ticket system isn't staffed around the clock, it may take several hours for a reply.

Unfortunately vBulletin.org isn't the place to discuss vBulletim.com policies, please do that on the vbulletin.com forum, however I have sent you a new password so you can get back into the Member's Area and go from there. Obviously I understand this was the only place you could post at the time.

Some ISPs work better than others, easiest option may be able to create a new account on vbulletin.com forum from an ISP that delivers vBulletin.com email without issue, like Gmail.

Already closed by BOP, but just to be clear, this has very little to do with vb.org, and tbh, if you really wanted some assistance, ranting like this isnt going to help you get it.
